At this special cupping session, we’re showcasing Nepal-origin specialty microlots as an expansion of the Subcontinental Khandaan with Project Everest: a microlot programme with Lekali Estate.

Nepal-origin coffee is a rarity that has been overshadowed in global recognition in the realm of high-scoring specialty coffee. Subko’s all about bringing specialty coffee from the subcontinent to the global forefront. From the Subcontinent, for all. And that’s exactly what we aim to do with Project Everest.

What to expect:

• An exclusive cupping session with the producer and founder of Lekali Estate, Mr. Nima Tenzing Sherpa, at Mary Lodge, where we assess the 3 experimentally processed coffee lots from Nepal that have led to the inception of Project Everest. An exploration of the flavor profile, the roast profile and the uniquely processed microlots with the producer of the coffee himself.
• Early access to the first set of boxes of Project Everest for retail.
