'Dastaan' (Persian or Hindustani for "story" or "tale") is an ornate form of oral history from Central Asia. A significant part of the Subko mission is to illuminate on the Indian Subcontinent's creative treasures. That ideal is what Subko Dastaan was built upon: to provide a platform for tales of emerging talent at a visual, craft and literary intersection.
