About the Process
Anaerobic Fermented Naturals: The coffee cherries are hand-harvested at optimal maturity. It is an anaerobically fermented coffee lot where whole cherries are fermented in stainless steel container followed by drying the fermented cherries whole as a natural process.
Flavour Meter
This lot, from the Ratnagiri estate in Karnataka, India, underwent a natural process and was medium roasted, dropped into the cooling tray at 202°C. It's an Omniroast, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. It features a balanced acidity, body, and sweetness, and is characterized by its floral acidity, marshmallow-like sweetness, and long-lasting blueberry finish.
