About the Process

Aerobic Fermented Black Honey: An aerobically fermented coffee lot where whole cherries were fermented, followed by pulping, and drying with a percentage of the fruit mucilage retained on the coffee parchment.

This is an Aerobic fermented black honey process lot that was roasted medium and dropped into the cooling tray at 203°C. This is an Omniroast making it fit for filter and espresso brewing both.
This lot bears tasting notes of Cranberry and Bloodlime identified by its berry-like acidity and malic sweetness.
