Cupper's Notes

This lot is a washed process from the North East—Nagaland. Roasted to a medium level, it is dropped into the cooling tray at 201°C. This is an espresso roast, tasting best when brewed in a machine and on Moka pots. This lot possesses complex blackberry-like flavors, with sweet spices such as cinnamon, and notes of soaked almonds, accompanied by a heavy, lingering body.
