About the Process
Anaerobic Naturals: The coffee cherries are harvested, washed and kept inside a stainless steel container, under anaerobic conditions, during which the temperature and pH levels are monitored carefully. After 38 hrs of fermentation, these beans are transferred to raised beds where they are dried for 25 days.

The first sip reveals a luscious butterscotch sweetness that gently coats the palate, reminiscent of creamy, caramelized sugar. As the flavors develop, the charming essence of caramel corn emerges, adding a delightful warmth to the palate, with subtle hints of toasted popcorn and vanilla. The finish is elegantly rounded, with nutty undertones of hazelnuts.
