We at Subko always believe in bringing out the best in our teams and that is when we decided to host a cookoff including the bakers and chefs at Subko. The concept at hand was to use an ingredient - TAMARIND, versatile in nature where the participants can innovate keeping this particular ingredient the show's topper but stick to the concept of subko.
Amey created a grilled cheese sandwich which includes a spicy and tangy tamarind spread, tamarind chicken and a roasted salsa which brings out the smokiness in the sandwich.
