Shipping Rates

  • Orders below ₹2500 in value are subject to a shipping charge of ₹300.

  • Coffee and chocolate orders above ₹2500 are applicable for free shipping. 

  • Craft Chocolates by Subko Cacao are shipped in a separate box with ice packs to ensure the product reaches you at the right quality. Inspite of our best efforts, the logistic chain may not always be the most conducive to sustaining the Craft Chocolates at the desired temperature. We advise you to refrigerate the chocolates for a minimum 30 minutes before consuming. For the same reason, we are currently unable to service the following states: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Jammu & Kashmir, Manipur, Ladakh, Sikkim, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh.

  • For Taufah Products - Shipping rates for taufah products to be calculated during the checkout.
    The delivery of taufah boxes takes 2 to 5 working days, subject to the location

Time of Shipping 
  • We ship all orders every week between Monday - Saturday.

  • Orders Received Before 5 PM: Orders placed before 5 PM today will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders Received After 5 PM: Orders placed after 5 PM today will be dispatched in two days.
  • Saturday and Sunday Dispatches: No orders are dispatched on Sunday. Order received on Friday after 5 PM till Sunday 5 PM will dispatch on Monday. Order received after 5 PM on Sunday will dispatch on Tuesday.

  • Orders placed from tier-1 cities in India typically arrive within 1-2 days to deliver.

  • Orders placed from tier-2 & tier-3 cities may take up to 3-4 days to deliver.

Shipping Restrictions
  • Subko does not ship any Baked Goods outside of Mumbai.

Refunds and Returns
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive products that are damaged, expired, or not as per your original order, please follow these steps:

  • Hand the damaged or incorrect items to our delivery person and make a note of the issue on the delivery challan.

  • Contact us via email through the "Contact Us" link on our website, mentioning the order number and the delivery date.

  • Sale and Opened Products: We don't offer exchanges or refunds for any sale items or products that have been opened or used.

  • Processing Time: After returning your package, please allow one to three weeks for your refund request to be processed.
