[Commis / Entry Level]

SPECIFICALLY for preparation of all craft sandwich fillings, ingredients for toasts, jams, sauces, gravies, nut butters, and eventually, to slot into our savoury pick up chef team who will craft our unique take on baked goods, craft sandwiches, and experimental toasts.
  • This is not a position in the bakery.
  • One must be Flexible to do all shifts in either Bandra West, Byculla East, or South Bombay.
  • Fluency in Management of FIFO, stock, inventory preferred.
  • A rigorous approach to SOPs in the kitchen.
  • A structured approach to your workflow
  • Keen to learn and evolve in a constantly evolving and exciting kitchen environment.
  • Keen to maintain strong levels of cleanliness in the kitchen environment at all times.
  • Must be proactive and have strong communication skills, Hindi or English are both acceptable.
