Thank you for shopping with us. We're committed to ensuring you love every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Below is our return policy:

Coffee and Chocolates: Due to the perishable nature of our specialty coffee beans and chocolates, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with packaging issues. In such cases, please report the problem within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
- Merch / Clothing / Totes / Equipments:Â If you receive any wrong size/wrong color/wrong Item, or if you have received any item that was damaged in shipping, please report the issue at wheresmystuff@subko.coffee within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
How to Return:

Contact us at wheresmystuff@subko.coffee with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 4-7 of days.
Exceptions:
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us for instructions.
