What to expect in The Heritage Walk (Colaba):
- Start your morning at 8.00 AM at the Gateway of India for a one-hour heritage walk through the charming lanes of Colaba.
- Along the way, discover the area’s history and culture through stories you won’t find in guidebooks.
- We’ll wrap up around 9–9:15 AM and make our way to The Cacao Mill, where you will engage in Subko's Pod-To-Bar experience and enjoy a complimentary espresso based beverage.

What to expect in The Cacao Mill Tour:
- Understand the process behind chocolate-making that blends art and science to create freshly processed cacao, from Pod to Bar.
- Explore The Cacao Mill and gain insights into the different types of equipment used to create craft chocolate.
- Taste fine cacao from the Indian subcontinent at The Cacao Mill Cellar.
- Experience the Pod to Bar platter where each component of cacao in various stages is explained.
