Taste your way through the world of decaf and caffeine.

Join Subko, D'CAF and Dialed In Bombay for a blind cupping and brewing session that puts one question to the test: can you tell what’s caffeinated and what isn’t?

We’ll taste through a selection of decaffeinated and caffeinated coffees, including coffees that share the same origins and profiles, and see how they compare side by side. Expect surprises, plenty of slurping, and a closer look at how processing and decaffeination can influence what ends up in your cup.

After the cupping, we’ll take things to the brew bar, where you’ll brew the coffees yourself and explore how they translate from cupping bowl to brewed cup.
