This is a 72% dark chocolate bar, made with Fine Forastero Cacao that was selectively hand harvested, underwent a 7-day box fermentation, and a 7-day drying phase.
The cacao beans were roasted light, hence creating tasting notes of Hibiscus Tea, Grapefruit, Orange Juice.
