What is SOPI?


An acronym for Subcontinent Origin Pizza Initiative and a short-hand for Sourdough Pizza.

Expect an extension of Subko’s sourdough bread artistry toward pizza that combines the bubbly crust of the Neopolitan Style, a sturdy New York Style Base, and indigenous flavor explorations including Maharashtrian Thecha and Manipuri Peppercorns, from the subcontinent. All by the slice. 

Accoutrements? Housemade natural craft sodas including guest appearances from matcha and rhubarb, our first trials with charred pumpkin in salad, and our curious take on salted caramel tiramisu and dark chocolate mousse.

We are open for dinner, Wednesday through Sunday, by reservation only.

Reservations open on the 1st of every month at 11:00 AM, for the entire month.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dine-in only, no takeaway or deliveries for now. Each seating is limited to 25 seats.
  • We truly believe in the communal spirit of dining together. As such, our seating arrangements include a community table and private tables. Seating assignments will be based on party size, so you might be sharing a table with other diners.
  • Each slot duration is for 90 minutes. We request you to be on time.
  • Please enter your Full Name for booking, we do not accept initials as a name
  • We do not take reservations or booking requests via email, phone calls, at the cafe, or Instagram
  • This is a pet-friendly space.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Reservations for SOPI are only through our website. Any reservation from third-party agencies, concierge services, and/or transferred reservations would be ineligible.
  • Kindly note: Access to the experience requires climbing two flights of stairs. Guests who may find stairs challenging are advised to plan accordingly.
  • There is no parking available at the venue. Use of public transport is encouraged.
