What is SOPI?

An acronym for Subcontinent Origin Pizza Initiative and a short-hand for Sourdough Pizza. Expect an extension of Subko’s sourdough bread artistry toward pizza that combines the bubbly crust of the Neapolitan style, a sturdy New York style base, and indigenous flavor explorations including Maharashtrian Thecha and Manipuri Peppercorns, from the subcontinent. All by the slice.

Accoutrements? Charred pumpkin in salad, and our curious take on salted caramel tiramisu and dark chocolate mousse.

SOPI is now available for dine-in at Mary Lodge by Subko (Bandra, Mumbai) and The Craftery BLR (Koramangala, Bengaluru)

Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Friday through Sunday from 12:00 Noon to 10:00 PM

Please note: SOPI is unavailable on Mondays and Tuesdays at both locations.
