What is SOPI?

An acronym for Subcontinent Origin Pizza Initiative and a short-hand for Sourdough Pizza. Expect an extension of Subko’s sourdough bread artistry toward pizza that combines the bubbly crust of the Neapolitan style, a sturdy New York style base, and indigenous flavor explorations including Maharashtrian Thecha and Manipuri Peppercorns, from the subcontinent. All by the slice.

Accoutrements? Housemade natural craft sodas including guest appearances from matcha and rhubarb, our first trials with charred pumpkin in salad, and our curious take on salted caramel tiramisu and dark chocolate mousse.

We are open for dinner, Wednesday through Sunday, by reservation or
walk-in (subject to availability).

  • Dine-in only. Takeaway and deliveries are not available at this time.
  • Each seating is limited to 25 guests at Mary Lodge, Bandra, and 30 guests at The Craftery, Koramangala.
  • We believe in the communal spirit of dining together. Seating includes both community and private tables; assignments are based on party size, so you may be sharing a table with other diners.
  • Each dining slot is 90 minutes. Please arrive on time to make the most of your experience.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, however, availability cannot be guaranteed without a prior reservation. Timings will remain consistent with reservation slots to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
  • Mumbai:
    - A ₹500 cover charge per person applies, fully redeemable against your final bill.
    - Please note: The cover charge is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In case of a no-show or partial attendance, the cover charge for absent guests is non-transferable and will not be refunded.
  • Please enter your full name while booking; we do not accept initials.
  • Reservation confirmation: A member of our team will contact you a day prior to your reservation to confirm your booking. If you’ve reserved through a third-party or concierge service, please mention it in the comments section of the reservation page.
  • Accessibility: Access to the experience requires climbing stairs. Guests who may find stairs challenging are advised to plan accordingly.
