Rani Bagh is the island city’s only heritage botanical garden, its largest public space
(60 acres) and largest agglomeration of trees (4,131) with the widest species diversity (256). This most-visited city park (8,000 visitors each day on an average going up to 40,000 on holidays) has always been an egalitarian haven.

This walk duration will be from 1.5 to 2 hours, covering the Rani Bagh’s tremendous botanical wealth, the rich biodiversity it nurtures, its history, the unique architectural style of the monuments and the classical garden layout design.
