Naturals: The coffee cherries are hand-harvested at optimal maturity.And dried on the patios with regular raking cherries whole as a natural process.

Cupper's Notes

 This lot, from Mooleh Manay Estate, is known as Lot Sante. It is special and unique in that it is an Excelsa species, rather than Arabica or Robusta. This is a natural process designed exclusively for Subko, and the beans were treated to a medium roast, then dropped into the cooling tray at 202°C. Strong in acidity, body, and sweetness, it features tasting notes of green apple, coconut bounty, and cinnamon bark.

About The Origin

Komal Sable, along with Akshay Dasrath, together run Mooleh Maney Estate and the South India Coffee Company, where they produce sustainable and environmentally responsible high quality coffee using traditional farming techniques. Their plantation is located in North Coorg, on the banks of the Harangi backwaters in the foothills of the Western Ghats.
