About the Process

Washed Process: This is a washed process coffee, where after the coffee cherries are picked, the pulp is separated using a de-pulper machine, isolating the bean which is then washed and further fermented for several hours. The beans are washed again and then spread on raised beds for drying.

Cupper's Notes

This coffee possesses a round body, coating the palate like sugar with a medium to heavy body perceived on the tongue, accompanied by a crisp sweetness and the tartness of red apple. It features grapefruit-like acidity and leaves a lingering floral scent of elderflower.
