Subko’s take on the classic Vietnamese Banh Mi, with a twist, for all the vegans out there. A freshly baked Baguette, layered with house made Vegan Aioli and Shitaake Miso Mushroom Pate, filled with Soy braised Tofu, Carrot Daikon Pickles, Cucumber and Onion juliennes, Coriander and Red Chilli.
