The Thenarasu Terroir Bar is a 76% dark chocolate bar, made with Forastero Cacao that was selectively hand harvested at peak ripeness, underwent a 6 day box fermentation and was further dried for 7 days.
The cacao beans were roasted dark, hence creating tasting notes of Parsley, Wood & Black Pepper.
